Differentiation:
In every classroom there will be an abundance of different preferred learning styles, student interests and varying learning abilities, however, we have a set of outcomes that every child must meet. Thus, differentiation within the classroom means adjusting the content, instruction and process to meet the unique needs of every student in the classroom (Thomlinson 2014).
